Overview
Basker is a CMS and website builder for arts organisations that run on Spektrix. It connects your website to Spektrix so your event listings, availability, and pricing stay live without manual exports. You map your events to Basker pages, and Spektrix's own iframes and web components handle the booking flow, so availability and pricing are always live.
Spektrix's role
Spektrix is a ticketing and CRM platform for arts and cultural organisations. It manages events, instances, availability, pricing, seat selection, donations, memberships, and patron records. For many arts organisations, it is where the box office and customer data live.
Basker's role
Basker is a content management system and website builder for organisations that put on live events: theatres, performing arts venues, and cultural institutions. Basker is not a ticketing system. It gives marketing, ticketing, and digital teams a place to build pages, publish content, and present Spektrix booking on the public website.
How does the Spektrix integration work?
Authenticate once and map your Spektrix events and instances to Basker collections. Spektrix iframes and web components carry the booking journey, handling seat selection, donations, and memberships, with patron sign-in held inside the embed so the path from discovery to checkout stays continuous. Availability and pricing are shown live through the embeds, so listings stay matched to what is on sale without manual exports or bespoke integration code.
