Basker is a CMS and website builder for arts organisations that run on Tessitura. It connects your website to Tessitura for ticketing, CRM, fundraising and customer data. Pages can use Tessitura events, performances, availability, modes of sale and on-sale times directly.
It comes out of Made Media's decade of Tessitura work. Teams publish editorial pages and accurate event listings, and Tessitura keeps handling the ticketing.

Tessitura is a unified ticketing, CRM, and fundraising platform used by theatres, opera companies, museums, and performing arts venues worldwide. It manages events, performances, seasons, packages, subscriptions, modes of sale, memberships, donations, and patron records. For many arts organisations, it is where the operational data lives.
Basker's role
Basker is a content management system and website builder for organisations that put on live events: theatres, performing arts venues, museums, and cultural institutions. Basker is not a ticketing system. It gives marketing, ticketing, and digital teams a place to build pages, publish content, and present Tessitura event data on the public website.
How does the Tessitura integration work?
Basker connects to your Tessitura account and turns selected Tessitura data into structured website content. Events, performances, dates, availability, modes of sale, and on-sale times become content you can list, filter, and theme, so the website stays aligned with the box office.
Multi-performance events can show availability and booking details in public listings. Modes of sale and on-sale times come through too, so each listing can show what is bookable and when.
