Announcements for Individual Performances

A traffic alert for one night or a cast change for one matinee belongs on that performance, not on every date in the run. Announcements can now target individual event instances, so you can attach an alert to one or two specific performances and leave the rest of the run untouched.

Pick the performances

Event instances now appear in the announcement's page picker and in its collection options, alongside events. Choose the performances the alert applies to and it shows on those pages only.

Carry an event's announcement to its performances

An announcement attached to an event has a new Show On Event Instances option, which extends it to every performance page of that event. Existing announcements appear exactly where they did before.
