Link Content Across Sites In Relationship Fields

Teams managing multiple sites can pick and link content from other sites in relationship, link, and theme-block fields, with consistent scoping and a clearer picker.

Teams who run more than one site can now reference content from another site without rebuilding it twice. When you fill in a relationship, link, or theme-block field, you can choose which site to pull from and connect to its content directly, so shared programmes, venues, and pages stay in step across every site you manage.

Where you can link across sites

Cross-site linking now works in the places editors reach for most: relationship fields, link fields, links inside rich text, and custom-object fields. Theme block fields support it too, so a connected site's content can appear in page layouts built from your theme. The behaviour is consistent everywhere, with the same scoping rules applied across each field type.

A clearer picker that remembers your choice

The field shows which site you are selecting from, with the site picker and the content picker grouped together so the relationship between the two is obvious. When a field already points at another site's content, that site is detected automatically and shown for you. Your selection is kept when the page reloads, so you do not have to set the site again each time you return to a record.
