Import And Export Any Collection As CSV
Bulk-load and back up content like events, seasons, and custom objects by importing or exporting whole collections as CSV files, with create and override modes, key-matched updates, validation, and an export preview.
Loading a season of events one record at a time is slow, and there has never been an easy way to take a full copy of your content with you. You can now import and export whole collections as CSV files, so you can prepare content in a spreadsheet, make bulk edits, and keep your own backups. This works across events, seasons, custom objects, and more.
Two ways to import
When you import, you choose how the rows are applied. Create mode adds new records. Override mode updates records that already exist, matched by a key you control, so a re-import refreshes existing content instead of duplicating it. Relationships are resolved by key as well, so links between records carry over without manual lookups.
Safety before anything changes
To start from the right shape, you can download a CSV template for the collection. On import, columns are checked against the collection and mismatched files are rejected before any record is written, so a bad file cannot quietly corrupt your content.
Preview, then export
Before you download an export, a preview shows what the file will contain so you can confirm the scope is right. Large imports and exports run in the background, and you get an email when the job finishes. If any rows could not be imported, those errors are listed in the email so you know exactly what to fix.
