Custom Attribute Options Now Appear on Events

Add select and radio options to existing events automatically, with safeguards that leave unrelated event data untouched.

When new select or radio options are added to a custom attribute, those options now appear on existing event instances without requiring the instances to be recreated. Safety measures also prevent option updates from overwriting unrelated event data.

Why this matters

Adding a new classification option should not require rebuilding event records. Previously, adding an option to an attribute like availability, genre, or audience category would not appear on existing events. Now it does.
