Added Custom Theme Blocks and Reusable No-Code Blocks

Developers and editors have long needed different ways to build. Developers can now extend themes with custom blocks while editors reuse more content through Website Builder blocks. Both capabilities are available across the v4.3 release line alongside iframe sandboxing, event instance ordering, people blocks, footer addresses, archive blocks, navigation options, and timezone handling.

For developers

A structured way to add bespoke blocks to a theme without forking the rendering model. Custom blocks can extend the builder surface for use cases that require developer involvement.

For editors

Reusable no-code blocks keep repeated content manageable as pages multiply. Custom and no-code approaches are complementary rather than competing.
