Default Media Upload Folders
Editors can now choose a default media upload folder for each site, so new uploads land in the right library section automatically.
Uploading a batch of images into the wrong place creates filing work before the real content work can begin. Editors can now choose a default media upload folder for each site, so new uploads land in the right part of the library automatically. The preference follows the editor and the site, so people moving between projects keep the right filing habit in each one.
Set it where you work
An editor can mark a folder as their default from the folder itself, or manage the preference from account settings. Once set, Basker applies the folder when new media is created without adding another decision to the upload form. The form stays quick, and the library stays cleaner.
Cleaner libraries with less repetition
Default folders help teams keep production images, campaign assets, venue photos, and other recurring libraries organised at the point of upload. Editors who work across several sites can keep a different default for each one, so assets start in the right place instead of needing a tidy-up later.
