A dedicated split-layout hero banner gives builders side-by-side media and copy, with controls for media placement, content background, and section height.
Builders now have a dedicated split hero banner: a side-by-side header where media sits next to your heading and copy. It stands alongside the existing welcome hero, so you can pick the layout that suits each page rather than forcing one shape to do both jobs.
Place media where you want it
The split hero carries its own controls for arranging media and content. Choose whether the image or video sits to the left, right, top, or bottom of your copy, and set how much space it takes up. Media-right placement now renders the media on the right as expected, so what you set is what visitors see.
Style the content side
You can add a content background behind the heading and copy, set its colour and text colour, and control how it fills the available space. This makes it easier to keep text readable over busy imagery and to match each banner to your brand.
Reliable height and alignment
Section height now applies cleanly to the split layout, and content keeps its position inside fixed-height sections. Banners hold their shape whether they sit at a preset height or fill the space you give them, so headers stay consistent across pages.
