Clickable Masthead Tags and Archive Pages

Masthead tags on event and work pages can now link to a filtered listing, so visitors can move from one event to everything in the same season, series, or category.

A tag on an event page tells a visitor which season, series, or strand the event belongs to, and the natural next step is to see what else is in it. Masthead tags and footer pills on event and work pages can now be links, so a visitor can move from one event to everything that shares its tag. This is available on Website Builder sites.

Choose where tags lead

Season and series tags link to their collection page by default, or to a page you choose, or to nothing. Custom attribute tags have a Link Tags To setting that points them at a page of your choice.

Archive pages from a calendar block

Calendar blocks now read the filter carried by a tag link, so any page with a calendar block can act as an archive. Turn on Include Past, list the attribute under Custom Attribute Filters, and the page opens already filtered to the tag the visitor followed. You can use one archive page for everything or one per attribute.

One set of tag styles

Tags and the footer row share one set of controls for font, size, text transform, border, rounding, and custom colours, so they look consistent across the masthead.
