Page Graphs, BlocksOffice Images, and Block Descriptions
Access page graph data for navigation layouts, plus BlocksOffice image endpoints and self-explanatory block descriptions, so themes build menus and breadcrumbs directly from the API.
Basker now exposes page graph data for parents, children, and siblings. BlocksOffice image lookup endpoints and leaner event API responses are also included in this release.
Page graph data
Navigation-heavy sites now have a better data model for menus, sidebars, breadcrumbs, and related-page layouts. Theme developers can resolve parent, child, and sibling page relationships directly from the API.
Faster theme routes
Event API responses are smaller in this release. The richer theme capabilities do not come at a cost to page speed: themes that use page graph data and BlocksOffice images can still generate pages quickly.
Block and settings descriptions
Theme blocks and settings can now carry descriptions, making block controls more self-explanatory in the admin.
