Partner API Supported Custom Object Definitions

Partner API clients can now create and manage custom object definitions through REST endpoints, giving partner systems a direct way to provision structured content models in Basker.

What this enables

Partners onboarding several organisations at once can create repeatable content types for venues, memberships, schools, artists, sponsors, or other programme-specific data. Custom object definitions become part of the provisioning flow rather than a manual request to the Basker team each time.

How it works

Use the Partner API to create a custom object definition with the fields your content model needs. Once defined, the object type is available to that organisation's editors through the standard CMS interface.
