Partner API Supported Custom Object Definitions
Define repeatable content models at scale during partner onboarding without manual team involvement.
Provisioning a new content model used to require a manual request to the Basker team. Partner API clients can now create and manage custom object definitions through REST endpoints, so partner systems have a direct way to provision structured content models in Basker.
What this enables
Partners onboarding multiple organisations at once can now create repeatable content types for venues, memberships, schools, artists, sponsors, or other programme-specific data at scale. Custom object definitions can be part of the provisioning flow rather than a manual step requiring Basker team involvement each time.
How it works
Use the Partner API to create a custom object definition with the fields your content model requires. Once defined, the object type is available to an organisation's editors through the standard CMS interface.
