Build Team Access From Reusable Role Templates

You can now build team permissions from reusable role templates, duplicate roles, and remove roles from the role drawer without rebuilding every permission set from scratch. The Users and Permissions area also has clearer views for collaborators, auth flows, and tenant access.

Why this matters for growing teams

Roles can be defined once and applied consistently rather than hand-tuned for every new team member. For organisations with editors, marketers, developers, external partners, and super-admins, maintaining permissions at scale becomes manageable.

Role duplication

If you need a variation of an existing role, duplicate it and adjust rather than starting from a blank permission set. This is particularly useful during onboarding, when similar roles are created in quick succession.
