Scheduling Calendar View
Visualise your scheduled and published content on a monthly calendar in the admin.
The Scheduling section of the admin now includes a calendar view alongside the existing list view. You can see all scheduled events, blog posts, and pages laid out by publish date, making it easier to spot gaps and avoid publishing clashes.
What appears on the calendar
- Events with a start date
- Blog posts with a scheduled or published date
- Pages with a scheduled publish date
Each item is colour-coded by content type. Clicking any item opens it in the editor.
Switching views
Use the toggle at the top of the Scheduling screen to switch between list and calendar. Your preference is saved per browser session.
Filtering
The same area and content-type filters from the list view apply in the calendar view. Filter to just Events, or just Blogs, to reduce noise when planning a specific content stream.
