Unified Search Visibility Control

One Show in Search toggle controls both Basker search and external search indexing; hidden records receive noindex metadata automatically.

The Show in Search field now determines whether pages, events, people, and other public records appear in Basker search and in external search engines. Switch it off and the record is left out of Basker search results and served with noindex metadata for search engines.

One field for both

Internal search and external indexing were previously separate settings. The one field now covers both, so a record cannot be hidden in one place and visible in the other.

Common use cases

Private landing pages, staff-only policy pages, hidden event records, and anything that should stay reachable by URL but absent from search results.
