Tessitura Gets Performance Links And Per-Instance Sync Overrides

Tessitura-powered sites can now use performance-link redirects and control which attributes sync automatically on a per-instance basis.

Tessitura-powered sites can now use performance-link redirects and control which attributes sync automatically on a per-instance basis, without changing the global sync map for every event. Connection-state messaging is also clearer when a test fails or a web mode of sale is not active.

Per-instance sync overrides

Previously, sync attribute configuration applied globally across all events. Now individual instances can override which attributes sync automatically, letting operators handle exceptions without disrupting the rest of the season.

Clearer connection states

When a Tessitura connection test fails or a web mode of sale is not active, the admin now shows specific, actionable error messages rather than generic failure states. This makes Tessitura configuration safer to review before a season goes live.
