Improved Theme Admin Tabs and Navigation Visibility

Navigation menus used to include or drop pages unpredictably depending on configuration state. Theme admin tabs now respond to the selected render mode, theme upload actions are easier to find, and the Show in Navigation flag is respected more consistently across public sites.

Trustworthy navigation

Navigation menus now reflect editorial intent rather than unpredictably including or excluding pages based on configuration state. If a page is set to show in navigation, it appears there. If it is not, it does not.

Clearer theme management

Theme admin tabs adjust based on which render mode is active, reducing the chance of confusion when working across custom theme and Website Builder modes in the same site.
