Theme Block Drafts Preserve Work More Reliably

Losing in-progress work while building a page erodes trust fast. Theme block drafts now preserve row state, relationship formatting, and saved field values more reliably, so reuploads and draft syncs are less likely to create duplicate fields or overwrite in-progress content.

What this fixes

Previously, theme block draft behaviour was one of the main sources of unpredictable content loss during active page-building sessions. Editing a block, saving a draft, and returning to find changed or missing content was a real risk.
