Calendar Views and Themed Modals

This release adds three ways of putting the programme on a page and closes off a set of layout gaps for Website Builder sites.

Calendar, What's On, and Featured Calendar

The new calendar block can show events A to Z, by date, as a grid, or as a list of performances, and visitors can switch between views. A What's On block lists upcoming performances for any page, and a Featured Calendar block picks out selected events with their next dates. All three read from the same events, instances, and venues as the rest of the site and follow your theme colours.

Themed modals

Dialogs and overlays now take their frame and content order from the theme, in the same way buttons and cards already do, so a modal opened from any block matches the rest of the site.

Mobile spacing

Sponsor logos sit in rows on phones instead of stacking one per line, and block padding scales down correctly at small widths.
