Lineup
Connect Basker to Lineup and sync event, ticket, and availability data
The Lineup app connects a Basker event to an event in Lineup. It can sync event details, tickets, performance times, booking status, availability, and booking links into Basker.
Beta access
The Lineup integration is currently in beta. Contact sales to discuss your requirements and arrange setup for your site.
Connection
Enter the API Key supplied by Lineup. You can also store your Lineup site URL for reference. Use the connection check before linking events.
Sync settings
The app has separate maps for events and performances:
- Event maps can fill the title, description, start date, end date, and custom attributes.
- Performance maps can fill the title, start date, calendar visibility, booking status, booking-button label, and custom attributes.
- Each map can either overwrite the Basker value on sync or import it only while the Basker field is empty.
- Performance settings control whether performances are synced and whether new or invalid performances are added or removed.
The app settings include auto-sync options. Use Sync now on a connected event when you need to pull data immediately.
Connect an event
Open a Basker event, select the matching Lineup event, and choose Connect. Once the event has been saved, use Sync settings to override the site-wide maps for that event or Sync now to import its latest data.
Booking on the live site
Lineup supplies the ticket URL and ticket-level data. Your theme decides which booking controls and availability states to show to visitors.
