Logo
Place your brand logo on the page, sized separately for desktop and mobile.
The Logo block puts your brand mark on the page. By default it shows the logo set for your site, but you can swap in a different image or show your site title as styled text instead. Use it anywhere you want the brand to appear outside the main header — for example in a footer band, a landing section, or a stripped-back page.
Choosing what the logo shows
The block has three modes, set by two toggles in the Logo group — Logo as Text and Use custom image (the latter only appears while Logo as Text is off):
- Brand logo (default) — leave both toggles off and the block uses the logo set for your site.
- Custom image — turn on Use custom image, then pick or upload a picture under Logo Image.
- Site title as text — turn on Logo as Text to render your site title as styled text rather than a picture. Choose the Font it uses: Heading (default) or Body, both drawn from your theme.
Use custom image has the help text "Override the brand logo with a custom image". Logo as Text reads "Use the site title as text instead of an image logo". Turning on Logo as Text hides the image options, since text and image are alternatives.
Sizing the logo
The Size group controls how big the logo appears.
- Unit — measure the logo in Pixels (default) or Percentage of the space it sits in.
- Size — the pixel size, from 8 to 200, defaulting to 48. Shown when Unit is Pixels.
- Width — the percentage width, from 6 to 100, defaulting to 60. Shown when Unit is Percentage.
Different size on mobile
Turn on Custom mobile size to give phones their own measurement. A separate Mobile Size group appears with its own Unit, and either a Size slider (8 to 200, default 32) or a Width slider (10 to 100, default 80). Leave Custom mobile size off and mobile reuses the desktop size.
Different position on mobile
Under Mobile Position, Same position at mobile is on by default, so the logo keeps its desktop alignment on phones. Turn it off to reveal Position — choose Left, Center (default), or Right for the mobile layout only.
Shared controls
The Logo block uses the standard block controls for spacing, alignment, and colour. By default the logo is centred.
- Layout controls — set the alignment and container width.
- Spacing and padding — adjust the padding (including horizontal spacing) and margin around the logo.
- Colour scheme in blocks — set the colour scheme, which matters most when the logo is shown as text.
- Analytics keys — tag the logo for reporting.
Example
A footer needs a smaller, centred mark. Add a Logo block, leave both Logo toggles off so it uses your brand logo, and set Size to 48 px for desktop. Turn on Custom mobile size and set the Mobile Size to 32 px so it stays compact on phones, then leave Same position at mobile on to keep it centred everywhere.
